Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Tech Drive. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website wedrivetech.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Tech Drive ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tech Drive provides digital agency services including, but not limited to, web development, UI/UX design, brand identity, digital marketing, and motion design. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement between you and Tech Drive.

2. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to the milestones set out in the project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and materials required for the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline. You confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) do not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to you, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Tech Drive retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused proposals, and internal tools or frameworks. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in its proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be billed separately at our standard rates.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing decisions made by such third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the project agreement. Work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
